Just heard a few songs from Original Pirate Material on BBC 6 Music, which had me navigating to read a bit about the album on Wikipedia. I’ve always liked the album art on that record. Wiki says it’s by Rut Blees Luxemburg, “a German artist who studied photography at London College of Communication and gained her last formal education at the University of Westminster.”
She’s known for her available-light shots of urban England at night. Above is one I thought was particularly nice.
